Important changes scheduled for Pronto ***WebEx Training***

Not only is the mortgage industry undergoing changes, but Pronto is too. A couple of enhancements that will positively affect your business flow will be added to Pronto the evening of July 21^st.

 

After the July 21^st enhancements are added to Pronto, you will no longer be able to import a Fannie Mae 3.2 formatted file if the borrower(s) already exist in Pronto – so no more duplicate files in Pronto. And, functionality will be added to allow your local MetLife Home Loans wholesale branch to ‘release the file’ back to you so you can make edits in Pronto – and even resubmit to DU - after the loan has been locked and/or registered with the MetLife Home Loans’ branch.

 

To learn more about the enhancements being added to Pronto on July 21^st, please plan to attend one of the following 15-20 minute webex conference calls:

 

Thursday, July 16^th                         4 pm CT

Friday, July 17^th                            11 am CT

Monday, July 20^th                          11 am CT

Tuesday, July 21^st                          11 am CT

Wednesday, July 22^nd                   11 am CT

Thursday, July 23^rd                        11 am CT

 

To join one of these calls, approximately 5 minutes before the call, login to https://metlife.webex.com/metlife. Select the Pronto Release meeting and <Join>. The password is IMPROVE (in all caps). And, call into 1.888.751.0624. When prompted, enter Participant Code 934125. Webex attendance will be limited to the first 125 participants, so if you plan to attend, please join a few minutes early to ensure your reservation. These calls will start promptly at the scheduled time.  

 

If you are unable to attend one of these calls, Release Notes, describing the changes to Pronto, will be posted in Pronto under the Training/Mtg Tools tab on Friday, July 17^th.
