HVCC Ordering ***Please Read***

Today, the Contact Information in Pronto, which is used by the Appraiser to access the property, does not work as it should.  

 

 

Regardless of the info entered, the only Contact Information forwarded to the AMC/Appraiser is the Primary Borrower’s Name, Home Phone, Work Phone, and their Email Address. Be sure to <Save Contact Info> after making entries.   

 

Temporarily, until this problem is fixed, please email additional Contact Info (Primary Borrower’s Cell, Realtor’s Contact Info, Builder’s Contact Info, Seller’s Contact Info, etc.) to your local branch’s Coordinator Susan McDonald and Account Executive. (see attached) Be sure to include the Borrower’s Name and TMO Loan # or Pronto ID in your email. Your Coordinator will ensure this information is forwarded to the AMC/Appraiser.
