regarding payment of Insurance and/or Taxes ...
Have them contact Customer Service directly,
contact information can be found via their payment letter.

They will be asked for the last 4 digits of their SS#, Property Address and of course Loan Number.
This will be the most expeditious way to handle/clarify this issue.
